Nitrogen infusing processes

We're working on producing a nitro cold brew coffee. It's coffee, but infused with N2 gas and served cold like Guinness with a creamy foam head to it. It's awesome stuff, a smooth coffee hit that goes down very well. People try our recipe once and want to buy it.

Our problem is making it without bankrupting ourselves. Nitro gear ain't cheap. We know we're not alone in this desire- is there anyone else in this community with an interest in this area?
