Hospo / tourism venture looking for an experienced advisor.

Hello.

We are looking for an Auckland based professional with experience in hospitality and/or entertainment business launches to assist with a business case/IM for a new venture. We wish to engage someone who can help us prepare a setup cost estimate which will include venue fitout, lease, staffing, operating costs, equipment, menu development, compliance, etc. This is for a new tourism venture so any experience in this field would be valuable.
